MP495 not printing at all

Good afternoon. I have an MP495 that was printing fine, until it wasn't. I bought a new ink cartridge, but no luck in printing. I've done a cleaning & deep cleaning, but still no luck. Absolutely nothing is printing at all. I've run the Canon diagnostics, which said everything seemed fine. Any suggestions? Many thanks!

Hi chinaski,

 

If you have already performed at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer, and have ensured that any tape has been removed from the ink cartridges, please remove the ink cartridges from the printer, then reseat them.  If the ink still does not print, the printer may require servicing; please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
