I cannot for the life of me install the MP Navigator 3.1 scanner software for the MX870 printer. I have downloaded the appropriate software at least 10 times but when I double click on the .exe file in my Downloads folder, the files are extracted correctly but when an attempt is made to install the files, I get a message saying "An error occurred while the files were being copied." followed immediately by the message "The installation will be canceled" What is stopping the copying of the extracted files and why can't I install the MP Navigator scanner software.
