My MG7750 is suddently not recognising when paper is in loaded in Cassette 2 and continually asks to have paper loaded in it or to check the type of paper loaded. I have not changed the paper type I have been using for the past few years.
Any suggestions as to how to fix?

Hello.
Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.
3. While unplugged, remove the paper trays from the unit.
4. Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.
5. If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.
6. Make sure that the printer is on a flat, level survace. Then load the trays back in the printer.
Once this has been done, try printing to test the unit.
