My MG7120 will print the test page perfectly. But when I print from my computer or try to make a copy it will not print black just color. I have cleaned and installed new cartridges. I have also done the reset on the printer.

This would be helpful if support via phone or chat was available 24/7. Since it is not and support is only available 8a-8p Monday through Friday, could you please provide 2 or 3 other scenarios to try?
