Hi rt149,
To try and get the paper to feed, you can set the prevent paper abrasion setting on the printer. To do this, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.
2. Select SETUP on the HOME screen.
3. Select DEVICE SETTINGS, then touch the OK button. The Device settings screen is displayed.
4. Use the arrow buttons to select PRINT SETTINGS, then touch the OK button. The setting screen for the selected item is displayed.
5. Use the arrow buttons to select PREVENT PAPER ABRASION, then touch the OK button.
6. Use the arrow buttons to select ON, then touch the OK button.
Be sure to set the setting back to OFF after printing on the Photo Paper Pro.
Hope this helps!
