Have tried multiple times to set up this printer (brand new) and cannot get my PC (windows 10) to find the printer on my wifi network. I've followed all instructions, the printer has the wifi logo in the top right corner to say it's connected, but my PC (or my wife's - tried this on multiple devices) cannot find the printer on the network.
Have to say this printer is a real piece of crap - flimsy, hard to set up, plus the ink cartridges last about 3 seconds. Definitely will be writing a 1 star review in any forum I can find.

I can understand your frustration and I recommend that you contact our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST(excluding holidays).They will be able to troubleshoot any issues with the printer and provide you with service otpions if there is a issue with the printer.
