MG6620 printer PGBK 250XL cartridge skipping Lines

My PGBK 250XL (black) cartridge is skipping lines every 1 1/2". I did a deep cleaning, and even changed the cartridge. The B (black) cartridge and the other color cartridges print fine. Any ideas?

Thi issue may be resolved by cleaning the encoder/timing strip.  To perform this, please follow the steps in this article:

If the issue persists, your PIXMA MG6620 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
