I tried to update the firmware on my MG5650 and all that has happened is that I have the orange error light (lightning symbol) and the LCD screen no longer comes on and I can't 'see' the printer on my computer through wi-fi or wired.
The printer is now effectively useless!
Please can someone let me know how to hard reset the printer, or remove this orange error message / light.
I've tried disconnecting the power etc.
