MG5420. Printing faded blacks on photo paper, plain paper ok.  Test page looks great. I'm using brand new canon photo Glossy II paper.  Have selected this paper and high quality in all print settings, etc.   Have deep cleaned 2x with no change.  It's the deeper blacks that are not printing out correctly.  Any ideas?

Try selecting from your Print Preference Tab Selection........"BEST" on the quality type of print out (instead of Draft or Standard-Normal).......see if that works for you!

Thank you for your reply.   I have done that (in several places), and unfortunately it doesn't fix the issue.

What about your Option to Lighten & Darken the print quality?  Are you able to change it?

Thanks, But I don't think that's the problem. It's printing fine with normal paper. It's just the photo glossy paper that is giving me a problem. The darkest sections are the worst.
