MG3620 will not recognize ink cartridge

Hello,

First time changing ink. Printer won't recognize it. Used office depot brand ink. Have taken out and replaced cartridge several times to ensure it is installed correctly, tried cold start....

15 flashes, signifying not recognizing ink.
