MG3620 Printer Utilities Not Properly Installing in Windows 10

I just got an MG3620. I downloaded both win-mg3600-1_0-jucd and m68n-win-mg3600-1_01-ea34_2 from the Canon site and completed the wireless (router) installations- the processes completed without a hitch and my PC now detects the wireless printer. However, it seems the IJ Utility will not install as the IJ window just would not come up- no QuickMenu or My Garden. I repeated the installations several times but the IJ utility just does not come up. I also installed the IJ SCAN UTILITIES and it works just fine.

 

Please help. What am I missing and what else do I need to do?
