Trying to print from PC to printer. Non-wireless. Get "attention required" message. Help

Operating system Windows 10. At first it said my printer was offline. Now it says attention required. When I delete the job it goes away. It will print wireless from my tablet and phone ok. My printer is sub wired to the computer. I have tried to hook it up to all the sub hook ups but still no good. Thanks for the help.
