MG 6320 is printing but not scanning

MG 6320 is printing but not scanning. Running Mac Sierra. Tried to uninstall and reinstall Canon drives but didn't fix the issue.  Printer connected via USB.

Hi nphannon,

 

Please connect the USB cable to a different USB port on the computer and attempt to scan.

 

If the USB cable is connected to a USB hub, remove it from the USB hub and connect it to a USB port on the computer.

 

Please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility.  Do you get an error?  What error appears?
