LIDE 110 Error

Running on Win 7, getting Error Message "Release the Lock Switch...." The switch (on the bottom) is set to unlocked, and will not move back to lock. I've rebooted the computer. What can I do?

Device Manager (Win 7) indicates driver is up to date.

Since you have verified that the scanner lock switch is in the unlock position and are still receiving the error, the scanner will require servicing.  Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
