Ink Cartridges on 922 are not 'lighting up"!

Whew...this thing was working just fine and now the ink cartridges are not lighting up.

 

What did I do wrong???   It is not printing,   The cartridges ALWAYS show ink levels.   Where do I go for help???

 

Or...did this thing die?!

Hi xwingz3,

 

Please remove all of the ink tanks.  Once removed, please look inside of the printer where the ink tanks are inserted and make sure that each slot does not have anything blocking the connection that the ink tanks make with the printer.  Also, please look at each ink tank to verify that all of the cellophane has been removed.  Please reinsert the ink tanks.

 

If the error persists, your PIXMA MX922 would require service.  If your PIXMA MX922 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options.
