Image Garden

The scanner is not enabled in image garden (it is greyed out). My printer is MG3220. My OS is windows 8.1. I recently restored my laptop to factory settings. Lost image garden and had to download from canon website. Do you have some suggestions?

Hi Lizard,

When the PIXMA MG3220's drivers are installed, the IJ Scan Utility is also installed.

As a test, are you able to scan using the IJ Scan Utility?
