I want to erase all memory from my Pixma MX922 before I trade it in. How can I do that?

Hello.

 

Please try the following to reset the settings:

 

1.  Press the Home button on the menu.

 

2.  From the Home Menu, select Setup.

 

3.  Select Device Settings.

 

4.  Select Reset Setting.

 

5.  Select Reset All and confirm the reset.

 

6.  Press the Back button until you return to the Device Settings menu.

 

7.  Select FAX Settings.

 

8.  Select FAX User Settings.

 

9.  Select User Information Settings.

 

10. Erase the name and number listed if they happened to be programmed.

 

Once this has been done the settings will be erased, you can press the Home button to return to the main menu.
