I still get a (!) low ink warning even after changing my cartridge. I've tried two different new cartridges and it still does it. I changed the color cartridge as well, but the warning went away for that one. What can I do?

Hi, crawfordbk!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which model of Canon printer you're using, and whether you're using fresh genuine Canon ink cartridges. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/EmailCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT).

Thanks and have a great day!

My issue is with the MX452. I have not used new Canon cartridges but After market replacements.

Hi crawfordbk,

You can try removing and reseating the ink cartridges in the printer to try and resolve the issue; however, we cannot guarantee that third-party inks wll be recognized and functional, as sometimes the ink cartridges can become damaged during the remanufacturing process.  Replacing the inks with Canon genuine ink cartridges should resolve the issue you are experiencing.  You can purchase ink for the printer from the Canon eStore here.
