Since buying a new Dell which came with Windows 10, my MP920 Series FAX WS won't scan at all anymore. This seems to be an issue with Canon and I will NEVER own another of these printers if this isn't rectified shortly. Please help, Canon or someone much smarter!!

Is the model that you are using a PIXMA MX922?
If it is, are you using it with a USB cable or are you using it wirelessly?
