I have this problem,I have a MP190 all in one think I have done everything,

Is it just me,or has anyone had a problem getting a MP190 all I one,to not only have windows not being able read it,I feel I have done everything that Canon says to do ,and Windows also,But one thing does happen it 's  telling me the USB is malfunction works fine,just not on this Printer.I am looking for any help if possible..

Hello rukidding.

 

For testing purposes, please try plugging the printer directly to a Wall outlet.  If the issue persists, please try using a different USB cable and ensure that the cable is connected to the USB port on the back area of the printer.  Also, ensure that the USB cable is connected directly to the computer and not through any USB hubs or extension cables.

 

If the error persists, please tell us the exact error that is occuring with the printer.  Let us know if this "malfunction" error occurs with other devices as well.
