How to download a manual .... and get a manual?

I'm trying to doownlad the MXZ922 manual.  Canon gives me an .exe for that. OK, I download that run that. It asks for permission to run as admin. OK, I allow it. Then ... nothing. 

 

Where's the manual? I just want a document I can look at, not an executabe to run and get nothing from. Come on, it's April 20, not April 1. Where is the manual, for real?

This is the page where the download is available.  Why you can't open it is a different story.
