Hi Everybody, My Pixma MG2550 is refusing to print with the orange light flashing constantly.??

The lightning bolt button is flashing ,there is plenty of paper and it said there was a block in the out tray feed, but I cannot access or see where or how that would be. $ days now this issue is starting to be frustrating.
