I just bought this printer at Walmart because my Canon PIXMA MG5220 gave me an error message saying the Print Head had burned up and I should turn it off immediately and unplug it from the power source. I believe this is the best printer I ever owned for the price I paid and to my surprise it Printed Duplex without intervention. I am going to really miss that feature. Maybe I can purchase a replacement print head. I may just order another online.
