My printer: Pixma G7020
My computer: Mac
Myt OS: 10.15.7 (Catalina)
I'm attempting to print photos (400 dpi, tif) using the alternate pop-out tray on the back side to print an image onto Canon's 4x6 glossy photo paper. The print progress window reads "Printing-Connected to printer." The scroll bar is completely blue. The printer has no warning light, yet the job just sits there silently, and with no progress. The job is not printing out. Do you have any idea what could be going on?
