My MX892 apparently fried during a power outage and I must replace it. I'd like to be able to use the extra ink cartridges I have on hand. Does the MX922 use the same type? Also, I see that the cost of a replacement MX892 is approximately $450 while a new MX922 is only $100. I cannot remember what I paid for my MX892 but $450 seems high while $100 seems ridiculously low for a new MX922. Any answers will be appreciated. Chaz
