Cartridge Connection to Printhead Holder

One cartridge on my 922 is not being recognized. I can press the front of the cartridge down and make the sensors meet. I can see this is working as the light comes on. Releasing the pressure kills the connection. I tried taping it down and wedging something in there to no avail. So now I'm thinking if I can remove the printhead holder I may be able to rejuvenate the pins that have been squashed. How do I remove it? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

You can remove and reseat all of the ink tanks and print head in the printer by following the steps shown here.  Should the issue with the ink tank not being recognized continue, the printer may require servicing.  We ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative here for further assistance.  A representative will be happy to assist you free of charge.
