Hi DenisCx.

 

If you haven't yet done so, try a print head cleaning.  If that doesn't correct the problem, then the printer may need to be replaced. 

 

If you're located within the U.S. and the printer is within warranty, warranty options will be available through your Canon Account (https://mycanon.usa.canon.com).  A valid proof of purchase will be required as part of the warranty process.

 

If you're located outside the U.S., you may find your regional branch of Canon through the map at the Canon Global Website:  https://global.canon/en/support/

 

If you're located within the U.S. and the printer is outside of warranty, I can offer the Canon Upgrade Program. The Canon Upgrade Program provides a one-time discount on the purchase of a replacement printer directly through Canon U.S.A., and comes with free ground shipping.
