Hi, I got a new wireless router, I added it to the printer and it said 'connected', however when I go into 'printers and scanners' on my computer, I deleted the printer because it wasn't connecting anyway, now when I search for printers it's not there. I followed the Canon video for downloading the installation software and went through the whole process but towards the end it said the printer couldn't be found. Any advice?
Thanks-
Michele

Greetings,
Set up instructions can be found here.

If you new router is dual band and uses the same SSID name for both boradcasts, this might cause problems. I would suggest disabling the 5Ghz broadcast temporarily, then re-enable once the ptinter is connected.
