oonly had this printer for a couple of weeks, since converting to Windows 10 from 7.
It worked for a couple of sessions, but will not now?
I have tried "troubleshoot" in win 10, but nothing found.
Can anyone offer some advice please?

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit), any error messages you're seeing, and how you connect to your device (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet).

OK, just spent hslf an hour finding and downloading the latest drivers.
And although I have some info on the screen in a reverse "L" botom right of my PC that I can print phots and start cloud printing (whatever that is?)plus other "useful" icons. I still have the "An error occurred while printing."
Is this a faulty printer that I should send it back?
