Canon Pixma G3000 not printing full image

Ive never had any issues with my old canon. in my print preview, it even looks like this. it is brand new, out of the box and I hope it wasnt damaged before I brought it.

Greetings,

If you are seeing this in Print Preview, then your printer is fine and its simply printing what you see.

 

There is another issue.

 

What operating system are you using the printer with?

 

What application are you printing from?

Have you tried printing from another program?

Using different files?

Hi deceptiveorchid,

 

This printing issue is related to the installation of one of the latest updates from Microsoft.

 

To resolve this, please use Windows Update to update Windows, making sure that KB5001567 and KB5001649 are installed.
