Canon Pixma 5350 BK and PGBK

AMattei

Hi everypone, i have a pixma mg5350 and i have two tanks of ink for black, one is Bk and the other one is pgbk.

I was wondering if there is a way to use only the BK tank since i have 4 tanks of Bk that are still untouched and only one PGBK remaining.

I would like to use only the Bk in a way that i have one pgbk and one bk still untouched.

Thanks

Hello.

Adequate levels of ink have to be in all of the ink tanks.  If any ink tank is empty or not installed, the unit would not be able to print.  The small black tank and color tanks are mainly used for color printing.  The large black tank is used for text printing.
