My printer suddenly stopped being detected by laptops. It was working fine before on same laptop.
I also installed the new drivers available online on a different laptop to see if it is driver issue, but it is not. Printer not detected when connected via USB.
I also Installed new cartridges to check - still doesnt work. However hard button function viz Copy works fine.
I various factory reset options available online but doesn't help.
Reaching out to experts. Please HELP!
