I'm at my wit's end! I'm trying to scan documents for school and every page comes out half readable and half so light it can barely be read. I've reinstalled drivers and even added the printer to a brand new computer and ran the calibration stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the same issue happen when you make a copy directly from the printer? If it does, there may be a issue with the scanning element.
