I just bought this printer in november 2018 and used it a few times. When I went to make copies it got stuck on copy mode and will not allow me to print which is very inconvinient since I am a grad student who needs access to a printer. I am using windows 10 and it is connected to my lap top wirelessly.

The MX492 will always have the copy mode on the printer screen. You should still be able to print from your computer even though copy is displayed on the printer. So we can narrow down this issue, please let us know what error appears when you try to print from your computer.
