Hello I have tried everything - did maintenance, pullout out inkbank and cleaned it over night and nothing. It sounds like it is printing, but it's not. Connection is good. Please help, quickly

To try and get the ink to print, please remove and reseat the ink tanks and print head in the unit by following the steps shown here. Next, please perform a print head alignment on the unit by following the steps shown here. If the ink still does not print, please try performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings by following the steps shown here.
