My family's had this printer for about a year without issue, but, around last week, the printer started refusing to do so. When we try to print from word or other text documents, we receive the error "paper jam" andthe warning light is flashing on the printer.
My dad and I have been tinkering with this thing for a week, we have attempted to clean the bottom tray, opened the machine up a bit ot play with some of the gears, see if we can knock something loose. All of this was for naught, as it appears there is nothing wrong with the printer.
Is there anythin that can be done to fix this thing?
