Cannot scan with my Canon MG5320 recently installed on my new PC running windows 10 - receive the message "set the PC to start scanning"

You have to turn your computer on to get it to scan. However mine won't work because it says it's processing, then it goes right back to the main screen.

So we can best assist you, we would need some more information to help narrow down this issue.

 

  1. Are you able from the computer using MP Navigator?
  2. After updating to Windows 10, did you reinstall the printer/scanner driver?
  3. Is the printer connected wirelessly or with a usb cord?
