Can't print and scan, cartridge stays in the replacement position while the cover is closed (MP287)

My printer Canon MP287 won't print and scan. After checking the cartridge, I find that it stays in the replacement position (at the middle site) even after I close the cover. It only moves to stand by position after I press the turn off button. Once I turn on the printer, the cartridge will move again to the replacement position soon. The LED code shows a circle symbol that means the cover is open, while it's actually closed. Everytime I try to print a document, a popup shows and ask me to close the printer cover.


I got the printer to the service center and suggested to replace the mainboard. After replacing, the problem is still existing.


Can anyone be helping on this? Where is possibly the problem?
