Just got U052 on my MP 610. Was working fine just before that, then tried to copy something and got printhead error. Removed cartridges and printhead, turned off and uplugged printer for over 30 minutes in hopes printer would thing a new printhead was being installed. Turned power back on, reinstalled printhead and cartridges but same error. What now? Will new printhead take care of this error?

This is a repeat of my earlier comment that was removed by canon. The offline use of a printer that is not affected by the U052 programmed dysfunction instruction by canon proves tha case of malicious intent. Go ahead canon remove this one too. We have all the records for the case.u

Someone literally buy and return one or two Canon Printer a week for taking revenge!!
He said he will stop whenever Canon fixes U052 error
