Please help. I have been dealing this problem for quite sometime, I have tried deleting the "file".ds from Twain_32 which I read from different post. but no to avail.

I also tried updating the MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll fro Windows\Sytem_32. I tried downloading the Directex End user web installer which they say updates the old version of .dll

My Fault Module Name is the KERNELBASE.dll, i tried overwriting it but i'm not allowed to do it.

I really hope someone will take time to read and help me. Thanks in advance.Capture.PNG

Hi princ3ssdhee,

Let's start by re-installing the drivers and the Quick Menu.

  1. Click HERE.

  2. Scroll down to "Optional Drivers."

  3. Click “Select” next to "G3000 series MP Drivers."

  4. Press "Download."

  5. Open and run the file.

  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

Quick Menu is listed under “Software,” and can be updated the same way.

Hi,
