MY CANON PRINTER ALARM LIGHT WONT GO OFF. IT SAYS LID OPEN BUT ITS NOT. I HAVE UN PLUGGED IT FOR 10 MINUTES, STILL ALARM LIGHT IS ON. THE PRINTER IS A PIXMA MX340 4-IN, ITS ON WIFI AND ITS ABOUT 5 ISH YEARS OLD. NEVER EVER HAD ANYTHING GO WRONG WITH IT BEFORE. I HAVE ONLY REFILLED THE COLOR INK TWICE (IN 5 YEARS) SINCE I NEVER REALLY USE IT AND REFILLED THE BLACK ABOUT 5 TIMES. JUST OUT OF THE BLUE THE ALARM LIGHT CAME ON SO I AM REALLY NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING ON.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP GIVEN.

Hi sarah7370,

What is the exact wording of the error that you are experiencing?

Is there a error code on the LCD of your printer?  If so, what code appears?

Please reset your Caps Lock key. All caps is considered shouting and rude.
