5B00 error in Canon G3000 printer

Hello Friends,

I have G3000 printer. In last one and half year, I faced many issues with this printer.

This is used once a week for 1-3 pages printing. Few times I encountered the dry head issue which was solved only after System Cleaning. Somehow this was working since last weekend.

Now this is giving 5B00 error. Please suggest any solution.

I saw on the internet that the waste ink counter is full and need to reset this using a reset tool.

Canon support is non existant.  The G3200 was a great printer but is now a boat anchor.  This printer is going to wind up not worth the purchase.  I am very, very irritated with Canon for not having an easy fix for this.  This is just another money grab by an indulgent, irrespon sible company.

I agree mine is just over a year old and i cant fix the 5b00 error
