Can I buy memory cards pre-loaded with photos, say, of the Grand Canyon, etc?

We are on a dial-up and it is slow, so trying to download photos is a nightmare. I just thought that maybe there are sd cards out there that have a good amount of interesting photos. We have a separate laptop to view our photos on so we can sit on the couch and enjoy them.

Why not just download stock images from the Internet?  Why would you want it on an SD card?

Why do so many people say "FER-tographer"? Do they take "fertographs"?
