Will the transfer cable from powershot SD110o work with Elph 115/140 models?

If you are referring to the USB cable yes it is the same for all 3 models. If you mean the AV cable, they are all listed as different part numbers

Yes ,was refering to the USB cable, thanks very much. I also have two extra batteries NB-4L and a memory card that says Ultra High speed SD, any chance those are compatible?

The batteries are different part numbers for all of those but the SD card is fine for all 3...your welcome !
