Web service settings unchanged - Connecting to Image.Cannon problem - Canon Gx7 Mark II

"Web service settings unchanged Change the settings on a Web browser and reconnect." Came up while I was trying to connect to Image.Cannon. My camera did not prompt an agreement form. Instead the web service settings error came up. CANON iMAGE GATEWAY is no longer active. How do I get my pictures and videos off of my camera and onto my laptop? Thanks.
