SX700HS-Grainy Video?

Just curious why the video is grainy on the SX700HD?  I am shooting indoors, ample light, ISO is 200 but the video is horrible.  GoPro is much better in low light (I know, apples and oranges)

 

But still, the 60 fps/full HD should not be grainy, even indoors.

 

What could be causing this?

Are you using a tripod when you video? Especially if you are panning quickly. It seems the SX series gets a lot of shake when hand held. What shutter speed are you using, and what aperture?
