Just bought this camera and having problems with sending images to my computer via wifi. My computer is listed but when I try to connect, the camera keeps searching and says couldn't find. It does find my network quickly but not the device. Once or twice it did find and download screen popped up on my computer, but almost immediately it disconnected. Can you help?

Firewall or antivirus issue maybe? You haven't told us what OS you are using?

I am on W10. I tried shutting down firewall and AV but no help.
I can see the camera in Devices and Printers but it says disconnected.
Also Camera Window says cannot detect camera.
