Do you mean the cover that closes over the glass to protect the lens when the camera is off? Or the "shutter" which is what moves/opens when you take pictures?

If the shutter release is stuck, unfortunately, this is not a user-serviceable item.  I regret the difficulty this causes.

Unfortunately, your camera will require service to correct this issue.
