I’m having issues downloading or saving a video from my Powershot SX530hs to my iPad

I filmed a 6 min video for YouTube and can’t save to my iPad from the app. It’s showing a yellow exclamation mark and first said not enough space on iPhone 7, then I tried my iPad and it’s saying file not supported! Can someone help?

What is the video file type?  How large is the video file?  How much memory is in your iPad?

MP4 file type, the video is 7 min and I have 110GB on my iPad

Is this over WiFi - you'd mentioned an APP? Is this the Official CANON App or its iApp? Well, I've done my own Google and can't find anything relating to downloading VIDEO. Photos, yes, there's plenty OFFICIAL YT tutorials, but I'm not finding any for downloading Video. I have to say I use an SD card reader rather. That works nicely.
