Your camera has a USB 2.0 port. You simply need a cable to connect between your camera and your computer. Canon provides a cable, Interface Cable IFC-400PCU. I do not know why it is not included with the camera. Probably because most users do not use it. The camera is not supplied with other accessories, either.
